The trickiest part about regional brand leadership is being tasked to create ‘one size fits-all’ creative platforms, despite drastically different cultures and in this case – tastes. Created on next to no budget for local adaptation across the SEA region, M&M’s Mix & Match aimed to change different screentime consumption behaviors by sharing the spotlight with consumers’ usual screentime snacks.
