The year was 2016 and the Philippine government still hasn't been able to supply license plates for new cars. Car owners have no other option left but to make their own plates – leading to some ridiculous looking results. Snickers decided to help Filipino drivers by giving them free and legal license plates. People couldn’t help but see our message when they were stuck in traffic jams.
